Anne says "I fear for the future of mankind should this sort of programme actually amuse the masses!". Well take a look around you Anne. Have you not noticed programmes such as Boot Camp, I'm a Celebrity, The Farm, etc etc. They call it "Reality TV" and it is everywhere. Why? Because it amuses the masses. If it didn't they wouldn't make it.

... Delusional paradise it is then, Karl … Tell me, do you think there are enough of us to establish the very first Ely chapter of a delusional support group!

Television for Dummies

You either love the show or hate it, I am in the former category, sorry Anne but the 'Ed' loves the show. I hear what you are saying and I do (honestly) try and resist watching it, this time it took me 3 weeks before I gave in. You see it is on at a prime bedtime slot (10pm) and I would rather watch that than all the horror this World has to offer via the news programmes on at that time.

Yes it is 'inane, immature, mindless, assing about by inane, immature, asses' but I do find it entertaining. I love all the bitchiness and back-stabbing. We are all a victim of it so it is interesting to see the bitchiness up close and personal.

If I am wrong I quote Anne, 'And please, I implore you, if I am wrong, leave me in my delusional state of mind'.
