I note he didn't declare war was over, that was because the Geneva Conventions calls for the release and repatriation 'without delay' of prisoners of war at the close of hostilities. No one will ever convince me of the war's validity. Remember we (Great Britain) went to war because our Prime Minister declared Iraq could deploy weapons of mass destruction within 45 minutes of an order to do so.
