Consultation begins on improving decision making at local council

With the pressure on local government to reform and find new ways to offer value for money to Council Tax payers, a consultation on the best way to make decisions in East Cambridgeshire begins this week.
At the moment the Council has a system where the majority of decisions are taken by Committees of Councillors.
