To celebrate International Day of Older People, the Mature & Active programme and Cambridgeshire Celebrates Age will be launching the Mature & Active Guide 2010 – Autumn edition.
The launch at the Paradise Centre on Thursday 30 September between 10am and 1pm will bring together all the popular aspects of Mature and Active such as T'ai Chi, Keep fit to music and badminton with the outline of a programme of events for the coming months.
