Want to plant a tree?

East Cambridgeshire is set for a tree planting explosion as part of a ground breaking project to create small patches of woodland throughout the district.

On Saturday 30 October between 11 and 2pm, 450 to 500 native and fruit trees are to be planted in the Country Park in Ely and residents from across the district are being invited to come along with the spades and wellies to help.
