Repair warning issued to landlords

Officers at East Cambridgeshire District Council are warning landlords they will not hesitate to claim costs back when the authority carries out repairs or works in default.
The Environmental Services Domestic Team at the Council have the powers to take action under legislation to deal with rats, rubbish, houses in poor repair, noise and nuisance along with other issues concerning the environment.
