Get Mature & Active this January

With everyone looking to get fit and healthy after having a mince pie or two over the Christmas holiday, the Mature & Active programme is the ideal place for over 55s to go.

The sessions throughout East Cambridgeshire are a great way to exercise as well as meet up with friends old and new.
