New Committee Structures to Improve Council Performance

Members in East Cambridgeshire last night approved plans to help the District Council become more effective while saving the authority money in the future.

 

The changes involve a reorganisation of committees to produce more transparent and effective decision making while also creating opportunities to deliver improved scrutiny of policies.
