When the pomp and ceremony of the Royal Wedding is over and the last toy eel has been thrown at the Eel Festival what is left to do on the Bank Holiday weekend?
Well visitors to Ely on Monday 2 May will be able to sample a great range of crafts and foods to taste and try at the New Bank Holiday Markets on Ely Market Square.
There will be exotic food to savour, musical entertainment throughout the day and a number of cookery demonstrations at the following times:
