Food Safety Week starts today (Monday 6 June) and this year it aims to make sure people don't put themselves at risk of food poisoning because of food safety myths.
Across the country, people were asked whether they thought a range of statements about food safety were true or false – from the truth about ‘use by’ dates to the infamous ‘five second rule’ for food dropped on the floor.
