Reviewing the ways to tackle homelessness

With the threat of homelessness increasing for a growing minority throughout the country, East Cambridgeshire District Council is to review how best to meet the needs of those coming to them for help.
Last year, the Council received over 1700 of requests for help, re-housed over 200 families, supported 26 families threatened by domestic violence and delivered 147 new affordable housing units.
