Seventh heaven for Jubilee Gardens

Ely’s Jubilee Gardens has won a prestigious Green Flag award for seventh year in a row.
 
Opened in 2002 by Prince Phillip to mark the Queen’s Jubilee, Jubilee Gardens was yet again singled out as being well-maintained and well-managed with excellent facilities. 

In 2011, 1,288 parks and green spaces will fly either the Green Flag or Community Award, a sign that the value of green space is widely acknowledged as vital to our communities.
