Council moves with the Food Standard Agency times

Takeaways, pubs and cafes are to be rated by a new food hygiene system in East Cambridgeshire from next April.

The District Council along with other local authorities across the country, joined the ‘Scores on the Doors’ scheme in 2009 to rate food hygiene standards in businesses across East Cambridgeshire.

In two years officers have rated 640 restaurants, cafes and shops for the Scores on the Doors website.
